Demo Checkout boundary

The Demo Checkout does not charge a payment method or create an order, so its Payment successful screen does not create a cancellation, return or refund claim.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation within 24 hours after completing an order for a full refund. A cancellation requested after 24 hours but before dispatch may be refunded at 80% of the order value. We cannot cancel an order that has already shipped.

Return eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving the product. The item must be unused, in the condition received and in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required. Do not return an item to its manufacturer.

Return shipping

Customers are charged no more than once for return shipping, up to USD 20. We do not charge a restocking fee. Contact us before sending anything so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

Refund review

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will email the approval or rejection result. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing time may delay when the credit appears.
