Demo Checkout boundary

Completing the Demo Checkout does not create an order or shipment. No address entered in the demonstration is transmitted to a fulfilment service.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Peak demand or address verification may extend processing time. Material delays will be communicated using the email supplied at checkout.

Methods and estimated costs

Available methods and the authoritative charge are shown by the external checkout before payment. Typical options are:

• Standard shipping: 5–7 business days, typically free.
• Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days, typically USD 15.99.
• International shipping: 10–15 business days, typically USD 25.99.

Delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees. The checkout controls the final method, destination eligibility and charge.

Tracking and delays

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email used for the order. Carrier disruption, customs inspection, severe weather and events outside our reasonable control may delay delivery.

International orders

Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included unless checkout states otherwise. The recipient is responsible for charges imposed by the destination country.

Damaged or missing items

Email multlines001@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, or of the expected delivery date for a missing parcel. Include the order reference, packaging photographs and a description of the issue so we can assess replacement or refund options.
